Yes, it’s a fact, festival season has officially arrived! And before the full summer sizzle really kicks in and everyone heads outside the main cities for a bit of fun, Nicosia will be playing host to some fantastic day time events bound to get you excited. My Cyprus Insider has narrowed down a few of our favourites this month!

1. The Full Pint 2017

The fourth annual event of its kind, beer lovers from across the capital and beyond will be descending on Faneromeni Square on May 27th, to taste some really unique frothy brew! The Full Pint 2017  is hosted by the Cyprus Homebrewers Association, and they have slightly changed the structure of the festival of this year, giving you the chance to fill up your festival glass unlimited times for the cost of 3 euro!

Bigger and better than in year’s past, there will be more homebrewers participating this time round, and a greater variety of beers available to give those taste buds good reason to party (30 varieties be precise)! What’s more, as you’re guzzling down your favourite tipple, live bands will be adding to the ambience, giving you the chance to enjoy a good old boogie. The event will kick-start at 3pm and end as the sun goes down over the capital at 8pm.

When and where? Faneromeni Square, Nicosia. 3pm-8pm. Find out more about the event here
