1. Lyhnos, Askas
A real haven in the quiet village of Askas, you’d be forgiven for having no idea that this place exists, tucked away amid age old buildings. But visitors from near and far continually descend on Lyhnos to put their feet up in cosy but cool traditional style. 2. Ipio Vouni Suites, Vouni
Fancy touring round the gorgeous Limassol wine growing villages and then calling it a day in style? Ipio Vouni Suites has been catering to foreigners and locals alike who wish to set up base in the heart of this glorious wine producing area, with roads that wind and weave all the way up through sun kissed slopes covered in vines that lead up to Troodos.

Vouni village itself is a quiet little place, characterised by cobbled alleys and traditional houses, while Ipio Vouni Suites are made up of three stone houses built over 200 years ago, recently renovated into 7 deluxe studios. Lovers of vino will no doubt want to spend their time tasting fine local tipple in the surrounding boutique wineries, while you can also pop into the little Vouni Wine Museum while you’re in the area.

3. Dolphin House Studios, Tochni

The village of Tochni, not too far from either Larnaca or Limassol, is one of those places that exudes a kind of understated charm; a hidden rural hot spot that has much on offer to delight nature lovers, having become quite big on the agro-tourism scene over the past few years.

4. Ktima Droushia, Droushia, Paphos district
Want to enjoy the unspoilt nature on the west of the island? Then a few days away in Droushia should go down a treat. A short drive from the seaside town of Polis, there is so very much to explore in the area, whether you want to rejoice in the splendour of Akamas, take in the tranquillity of Pomos, indulge in a fish meze feast in Latchi, or whizz around country streets to discover all the picturesque villages of the area.

Boasting a real rustic appeal, KTIMA 1937 Kannides is a traditional family house that has been tastefully renovated and converted into a complex of five self-catering apartments.
