With the welcome arrival of the warmer weather, you can now celebrate the spring season with a series of fun and creative festivals, whether you love a bit environmentally friendly action, go mad over street art, or wish to take the kids on a fun-filled day out! Read on for the My Cyprus Insider selection of some of the best spring events to entertain you across the island over the next couple of months.
1. Love the Earth Festival
We’re all recognizing that it’s becoming increasingly important to protect and care for our planet, and Let’s Make Cyprus Green in collaboration with the Limassol Municipality are taking the matter seriously, hosting the second Love the Earth Festival at Molos Park right by the glistening Limassol coast on April 26th. The occasion will be taking place in celebration of Earth Day – an annual worldwide movement encouraging individuals and communities to come together and commit to earth-friendly acts – making more sustainable choices, conserving energy and resources, and voting for leaders committed to protecting us and the environment.
The upcoming festival will feature upcycling workshops, flower planting, games for children, demonstrations and talks, healthy food and drinks and plenty of environmentally friendly products to take back home with you!

2. Vegan Fam Spring Fair
Everything related to a healthy lifestyle will be drawing crowds towards the Filoxenia Conference Centre in Nicosia next month, celebrating all forms of life. Not just geared towards vegans, the event aims to attract anyone interested in healthy living and the planet. Simply put, the Vegan Fam Spring Fair will give visitors the chance to try vegan food, shop ethically sourced products and have a great time.

3. Street Life Festival
For the 13th year running, it’s set to be a hip and happening experience in Limassol when the Street Life Festival draws thousands of visitors to Saripolou and Athinon Streets in the charming old town. The unique festival, organised by The Copy Shop, 2C Design Box, Limassol Municipality and Kanali 6 will take place on May 2nd.

Building walls, sidewalks and abandoned houses will become the canvas and the inspiration for various street and graffiti artists from around the world, while many other activities will excite the kids, making their day as memorable as possible: you can expect incredible choreographies, cool stunts with skateboards, jugglers and street performers.
