1. Kampi village, Nicosia
This small village in the Nicosia district is going all out to celebrate Christmas this year, with an event at the Kampi Cultural Centre on December 29th. Santa and his elves will be there to hand out gifts to the little ones, while adults can make the most of the free mulled wine, zivania, coffee and tea. There will also be crafts to enjoy, face painting for the kids, mascots and more.

2. Platres village, Troodos
Head up to the heighest heights of the island for a whole load of Christmas magic this year in the central Platres square. Santa will be there to hand out gifts, magic shows will leave the little ones wide eyed, while live Christmas tunes will be lifting the spirits. Warm up with some fiery zivania, indulge in traditional sausages and munch on this season’s all-time favourite street treat: roasted chestnuts.

3. Farmakas village, Nicosia district
What would Christmas be like without Rudolf? A special Xmas village featuring Rudolf the red-nosed reindeer will soon be set up in Farmakas village, with Christmas songs for our little friends and plenty entertainment for adults in the mix too. What’s more, specially set up wooden houses will be accommodating stalls offering all sorts of treats and sweet indulgences, from waffles to chocolates, and more. Hot drinks will keep you warm and savoury street food including hot dogs and meat on skewers will curb the hunger pangs.
